Symptoms
P16902 has a visual assist for the control "table name" that when pressed gives an error: "Could not load form: _W80010D"
It is supposed to call a form called W80010D and that form cannot be found by name name anywhere on the system.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter P16902
2. Try to use visual assist
3. Receive error
