E1: ORCH: Orchestration - Row Filtering Not work as Expected when Numbers Configured to use Comma instead of Decimal Point (Doc ID 2881974.1)

Symptoms


Row Filtering in orchestration is not working when the user had configured Decimal Format Character as something other than a point (.).
User had a comma as decimal sign, when filtering on line number in P4312 the PO is not found.

Orchestration is doing a receipt via P4312. Steps:
1. Open P4312 (form W4312F), select orderline via Form fields (Branch/Plant, Order Company, Order Number, Order Type) and QBE (Line Number). Select first row and click on select.
2. Form W4312A is opened and the open lines of the purchase order are shown.
3. Orchestrator filtering is used for selecting the correct row (Rownumber). Filter: Line Number 44 = ${Line Number}

Line is not found.

The selection on line number in step 1 is done with a line number with a comma as decimal. Line is succesfully found.
In step 3 the same line number (with comma) is used but line is not found.

In comparing the AIS server debug logs see the following difference
