Symptoms
When the P08334 processing option #7 is set to 1 (yes) for Call Enrollment Event Form and an employee and their dependent are enrolled in a plan if the employee enrollment is changed to another plan (or plan option) the dependent is not unenrolled from the original plan/plan option.
Steps:
1. Assign an employee to a plan/plan option in Enrollment Overrides P08330.
2. Assign the employees dependent to the plan/plan option in Dependents/Beneficiaries By EE P08336.
3. Run the employee through payroll, through Final Update.
4. Set the category rule for the category of the plan to May Select One in P08350.
5. Set P08334 processing option #7 to 1 (yes) for Call Enrollment Event Form
6. In P08334 choose a different plan/plan option with the category.
7. In the pop-up enter an Enrollment Event Code and Date Qualifying Life Event.
8. Submit
9. Verify in Enrollment Overrides P08330 that the employee is unenrolled from the prior plan/plan option and enrolled in the new plan/plan option.
10. Verify in P08336 that the dependent incorrectly is not unenrolled from the prior plan/plan option.
