Symptoms

Update Employee Personal Information to Live Tables R054104 is updating the wrong Whos Who Phone Line ID when there are multiple Whos Who rows and an existing record does not have an attached phone record. When Line ID 0 has a phone and Line ID 1 does not have a phone adding an emergency contact with phone number through Employee Self Service P05410 ZJDE0012 adds a Line ID 2 but updates Line ID 1 with the phone contact info.

Steps:
1. Address Book P01012 Who’s Who has 2 rows (F0111). Line ID 0 has a phone number F0115. Line ID 1 has no phone number F0115.
2. From BV run R054101 with Data Selection of employee.  The Employee Phone Number Work Table (F054115W) is updated with Line ID 0. The Self Service the Employee Phone Number Work Table (F054115W) has no rows for employee
3. Launch P05410 ZJDE0012 and add an emergency contact. The system will have no knowledge there is a F0111 with Line ID 1. It adds a new row to Employee Phone Number Work Table (F054115W) using Line ID 1. Employee Emergency Contact Work Table (F054111W) also gets a row with Line ID 1.
4. Run Update Employee Personal Information to Live Tables (R054104) the software manages the Who's Who mismatch and adds a record with Line ID 2 to F0111 but it is not managing the phone number and incorrectly adds the phone F0115 to Line ID 1 instead of Line ID 2.
