The P4600 (Pick Autosuggestion) and R46171 (Pick Requests) processes cannot suggest all the pallets available when LP Breakdown is Off, Tie Breaker Rule is 3 and Commitment method is 3 (Using lot date).

Steps to replicate:
.Use an item that is set with Commitment method = 3 ( Using lot date) for a LP branch (P4101/P41026). Set Category code at Item dimension group.
.Set Unit of Measure Conversions P41002 for this item , from primary UOM = EA(each) to PL(pallet).
.Set Item Profile Revision (P46010) for the item.
.Set U/M Definition by Group (P46011) with LP activated only for PL and Pick Breakdown = Yes.
.Use a random location for Picking (P46821).
.For Pick zone, the Picking Tie Breaker Rule = 3 and LP Breakdown = N in Movement instructions (P46095).
.Add three lots for this item only in this random location, as follow : Qty =1300 for lot AP111, Qty =300 for lot AP120, Qty =1000 for lot AP6060. These lots have the same Use lot date. The total quantity available is 2600 EA.
.Check LP Workbench (P46L10) and see the LP numbers created as follow: LP0480 full pallet with 1000 ea, LP0481 partial pallet with 300 ea, LP0482 partial pallet with 300 ea, LP0483 full pallet with 1000 EA.
.Enter a sales order (P4210) for 2000 EA.
.The request was created in Picking Request (P4600 ZJDE002). Take Row exit and select Manual Planner. From Manual Picking Location Planner screen , take Form exit and run Auto Suggestion. The system does not suggest all pallets even there is enough available quantity. It suggests pallets only for 1600 ea, not for 2000 ea.
.Run R46171 in order to suggest the transaction. The result is incorrect as the step 10.
