Form Service request using P0911 does not return "Record Invalid" error when manual input of the same data displays a "Record Invalid" error.

Steps to reproduce:

With manual input of the following data, a "Record Invalid" error appears. It is not necessary to enter the Document Company manually. It is populated automatically when "OK" is clicked, then the error appears. When using the same inputs in an orchestration, the "Recored Invalid" error is not returned by the orchestration unless the Document Company is entered by the form request.
