Symptoms
When running the 64-bit Unicode conversion utility (UnicodeDataConv.exe) from 9.20/.../system/bin.32, the process fails with the following error in UniDataConv_Log.xml:
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run UnicodeDataConv.exe
2. Follow the steps as instructed
3. Check output in UniDataConv_Log.xml
