A new clustered environment has been set up where there are two vertical nodes and two horizontal nodes.

Most of the users are able to login on the newly created JAS clustered environment, but some of them (not the same users) are not able to login on JAS clustered environment and they are getting the following error ("Sign In Error: An unknown JAS sign in error occurred. Please contact the System Administrator."):

If one user for which the login failed, closes and reopens the browser or opens a new incognito session from the web browser, sometimes, the user is able to login.
