E1: ORCH: Orchestrator Actions Cause Kernels To Turn To Zombie (Doc ID 2885601.1)

All of a sudden, when performing actions in Orcherstrator Sudio, the kernels are turning to zombie. No changes have been been done to the system that could cause this issue.
The JAS, AIS, enterprise servers were restarted, without any improvement.
The call stack dump for the kernel shows the following:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use orchestrator
2. See Kernels dying with the messages above
3. Check logs

The same behavior can be seen when adding any other new UDO object, like E1Page, Grid Formats..
