E1: CAF1: CafeOne Work Center Application (P012503X) is Appearing Blank With the Error - Uncaught Error: Script error for "promise" in Browser Console log - Tools Release 9.2.6.3 and Later (Doc ID 2885630.1)

Symptoms

P012503X - Work Center CafeOne application does not display the corresponding details , instead it displays a "blank page" with just "Work Center" as the title on screen as shown below.

In the browser console log, you will see the below errors

 

Steps to Replicate :

  1. Download the UDO patch for E1P_1608260008JDE from Update Center
  2. Import the UDO patch using OMW Web P98220W
  3. Share the objects involved in the UDO patch and make sure that the Caf1 UDO has the required view security
  4. Sign in to Web Client and test the functionality in P0011 or P986110B
  5. You will notice a "blank page" with just "Work Center" as the title on screen.

Changes

 Upgraded tools release to 9.2.6.3 and above
