Symptoms
After upgrading to Tools Release 9.2.6.2 or 9.2.6.3, the E1 JAS Login and Menu Navigation have performance degradation issues.
For testing, the same system was compared with Tools Release 9.2.5.x, on the same server with similar JVM startup options:
- Running on the same JAS server
- Running on the same JDK level
- Running with similar JAS startup arguments
- Pointing to the same Ent and DB servers
Performance is much faster on the JAS server on Tools Release 9.2.5.x.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sing in to web - it takes more time to load the initial page
2. Open up a task menu tree - it takes more time to load the page than in previous TR.
Changes
Upgrade Tools Release to 9.2.6.2 or 9.2.6.3.
