Symptoms
When running the Equipment Extension Batch Update (R17025) over Fixed Asset Records, the batch report will display the following error:
Processing options for Customer and Site should be specified
1. Create Fixed Asset records (P1204/P1201)/
2. Run the Equipment Extension Batch Update (R17025) over the records; note that the following error displays on the report and that the system does not create the Equipment Extension table records (F1217):
