When running Health Check for BSSV (Business Services Server), no error is returned, just small window with no details or information.

This is happening for Server Manager Console 9.2.5.x and 9.2.6.x

Steps to replicate

1. Open SMMC
2. Select a BSSV instance
3. Click the "Run Health Check" button
4. Notice blank screen is returned

Upgrade to Tools Release 9.2.5.x or 9.2.6.x
