Unable to run UBE R98403B (Report - Bulk Copy Tables) successfully to copy data between DataSources. When this UBE is run locally, business function BulkCopyTable (B9800200) fails to copy the data.

This report fails even if it is run just for one simple table (Ex: F0006). As per design, this report is expected to drop and recreate the table in the target data source.  But as per the logs, even though the table gets recreated in the target data source, business function BulkCopyTable fails to copy the data.

Doing a GET of this BSFN B9800200 from pristine environment and building it locally didn't help as well.

Error captured in UBE jde.log (R98403B_Version_1286_PDF.jde.log),

Steps to Replicate:

1. Go to Batch Version (BV) from fast path

2. Search for R98403B and select the version

3. Go to "Row Exit" and select processing option

4. Enter the Source and Target data Source (Ex: Business Data - TEST as Source and Business Data - PY920 as Target)

5. Enter a '0' for Proof Mode, enter a '1' to copy the table. The default is Proof Mode.

6. Run the UBE locally

The UBE fails with "Error" status and data is not copied from Source data source to Target data source
