E1: 40G: Add/Edit Harvest - P40G03 Triggers Error ID 40GE10 'Invalid Planned Estimate UOM' When Harvest Record is Not in Primary Unit of Measure (Doc ID 2887803.1)

Override of UOM is not backward compatible and causes Error ID 40GE10 - 'Invalid Planned Estimate UOM' on existing harvests.
After Bug 30197203 the Harvest Record is required to be in the Primary UOM. Customers have existing records and business process using UOM that is not Primary (for example Harvest is in TF Thousand Square Feet while Primary (smallest) is SF Square Feet. By forcing the Harvest to be in Primary many existing records and the entire business process would need to be revised.

Steps:

1. For the Harvest, Check the Item Number you'll to find the Primary UOM - (P4101)
2. Now, Setup a Valid Standard UOM to something other than the Primary - (P41003)
3. Enter/ADD a harvest record for the item using a UOM other the Primary  - (P40G03)
4. Error - Invalid Planned Estimate UOM - 40GE10
