Symptoms

While doing a data refresh in our DV environment we noticed that in PD none of the available UDOs were working. When checking our PD environment we notice the Feature security in Security Workbench (P00950) where all disabled.

Proceeded to check our DV environment since that was the only environment affected by the data refresh and found that the Feature Security was just blank.
