Symptoms

When calling /jderest/v2/external/ftp/report REST API to put the output to a FTP location the output for a Report Definition UBE, the call fails for Report Definition UBE where XOOMRLANG = <RD_LANG_CODE>.

The AIS server debug log has the following message:
