After tools release upgrade , when signing into the web link of a upgraded HTML instance , the login fails and the below error is reported on screen.

The e1root log can be found under the log section in the HTML server page of the server manager. 

The login in the fat client works normally


  1. Open the web link in a browser
  2. Enter valid credentials
  3. Click 'Signin'
