E1: 74: Unable to Store Economic Operator Registration and Identification Number (EORI) for Netherland Localization (Doc ID 2889024.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 10, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Address Book - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

According to implemented enhancement Bug 32347639: EORI NUMBER FOR EU CUSTOMERS, the Address Book (P01012) was modified to capture EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) number for all EU customers.
Currently, this functionality is available for UK and Italy localization when is enabled under the P0092 user profile.
It doesn't work for Netherland localization, no Additional Info screen is shown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. P0092 User Profile, set Netherland localization
2. UDC H96P | ET Check for GENABADTL
3. Ran R7000100
4. Unable to access Address Additional detail form thru the P01012 Address book
