P311221 WO Time Entry and R31422 Hours & quantities Update do not update the status of the WO in F4801 when using WO activity rules, if the rule for doc WO and type blank is not set up (but specific doc WO and type "S" is set up).

Steps: 

1. Seed doc E1: 31: 9.2 Work Order Activity Rules for Manufacturing (Doc ID 2566426.1) to set the order activity rules. Be sure that the rule for doc WO and type blank is not set up for statuses used in the test (but specific doc WO and type "S" is set up for all statuses used).
2. In P4101 and P4102 set a parent and a child item.
3. Create WO (P48013). Create a BOM (P3002) and routing (P3003).
4. Attach Parts List & Routing (P3111 and P3112 from row exit in P40813).
5. Issue Material (P31113).
6. Check after each operation and notice the status in P48013/F4801 was updated for the WO accordingly.
7. POs of P311221, set 2. Work Order Status Code = 80
   POs of R31422, set 1. Work Order Status Code = 80
   Enter the time and the rest of the required info in P311221. Save.
8. Can take the form exit to Update, or use BV to run R31422 and select the WO.
   Notice that P48013/F4801 status is not updated.
