Symptoms

Orchestrator Monitor (P980060X|W980060XB) application keeps spinning with blank information if the logged in user profile language is not blank (Domestic Language). For blank (Domestic Language) users, it works as expected. Below screen print shows how it behaves for a F (French) language user:

 

When this issue happens, the browser console will display below errors:


Steps to replicate:

  1. Make sure that the latest UDO patch is applied for E1P_1806140002JDE
  2. Login to the web client as a language user. Eg: F language for the user in P0092
  3. Access P980060X from fastpath
