Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When performing a Delivery Confirm (P49650) on an in-transit load and selecting the row exit to Leave Shippable while processing a transportation transfer order (ST/OT); new line is created in ST side without price and no corresponding line is created on the purchasing side (OT).

Steps:

  1. Create a transportation transfer sales order using the P4210 and check that shipment is created
  2. P4960 – Click ADD button to build an in-transit load (P4960) for the shipment that has been created
  3. Approve the load using the P4960
  4. Hard commit the inventory on the sales order to a specific lot/location. This can be done in various ways (Pick Slip, manually enter lot/location, warehouse pick process, etc)
  5. Confirm the load using the P49640. The load status is moved to In-Transit (50).
  6. Note the ECST field in the F4963 table is populated correctly after load confirm
  7. Using Delivery Confirm (P49650), select the load and take the row exit --> Leave Shippable
  8. P4210 – Inquire in the Transfer Oder: You will notice that a new line created with ZERO unit price is created
  9. Look at the OT side and see there, is no related Purchase Order line causing integrity issue between ST and OT.
