When attempting to use orchestration monitor for database storage option, the following error occurs. (reported in TR 9.2.4.6)

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Enable the Orch Monitor for database in rest.ini

2. Run some orchestration either from 3rd party client, postman or Run orchestration and make the transactions to fail.

3. Monitor the e1root log of the AIS server and the above error will show if you experienced this issue.
