E1: XMLP: Cannot View RD Output Or View RD Source Once a Job Is Complete, System Keeps Spinning Unitl Timeout (Linux) (Doc ID 2890169.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to View Report Definition (RD) output or View RD XML source once the RD job is completed. The job status is done and the output can be retrieved from the archive location.

The RD output and RD Source can be viewed from the fat client but not from the web client.

Steps to duplicate:

  1. Enter WSJ in fastpath
  2. On Submitted Job Search Form, search for the RD job
  3. Select the checkbox in the grid row header for the RD job and select Row Exit -> View RD Output or View RD Source
  4. Nothing happens. System keeps spinning until timeout
