E1: 45: Free Goods Are Not Applied To Sale Order When Taxed Prices And Price Is Overridden During Sales Order Entry P4210 (Doc ID 2890402.1)

Symptoms

When price is manually overridden at Sales Order Entry (P4210) and the "Apply on Override Price checkbox is CHECKED" on the Price Adjustment Definition (P4071) and when "Sales Taxed price is CHECKED"  on P42101, free good is not applied to Sales order. This happens in both Add and update modes.

Steps:

  1. Enable " Taxed Price" in the Customer master Billing information tab - P03013
  2. Enable " Sales Taxed Price" in System Constants of P41001 Branch Plant constants
  3. Create Adjustment Definition in P4071 with "Apply Override Price" checked and create Adjustment detail with Free good in P4072
  4. Create Adjustment Definition for free good
  5. Enter the sales order and notice that Free good is applied, before saving the order change the price and notice that free good is not applied on saving the order
