Symptoms

When attempting to run the OTM Inbound Servlet, the following error occurs after upgrading to Tools Release 9.2.6.1. This was functioning correctly on previous tools releases

ERROR

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: jakarta/xml/bind/MarshalException

STEPS
-----------------------
 
1. On Tools Release 9.2.6.1 run the OTM Inbound Servlet.
2. Process fails with the error message java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: jakarta/xml/bind/MarshalException showing in the logs.


 

Changes

 This issue started after applying tools release 9.2.6 (and above)
