E1: 07: Philadelphia Residents Working Outside Of Philadelphia Taxable Wages Incorrect (P0801, P07210) (Doc ID 2892248.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 29, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When a Philadelphia resident is working in a different Pennsylvania jurisdiction, such as Whitpain, only Philadelphia wages should be accumulated. JDE is calculating taxable wages in both Philadelphia and Whitpain. The tax withholding, however, is calculated correctly only in Philly. Due to the accumulation of wages in additional Pennsylvania jurisdictions, we are having to process manual adjustment interims to remove the taxable wages. In addition, the taxable wages are not posted to the F06136B.
