E1: OMW: Unable To Find List Of Roles in UDC H92|UR While Adding Project Owner to an OMW Project (P98220|W98220J) (Doc ID 2893944.1)

While trying to add any User ID as a project owner to any OMW project, list of available roles in UDC H92|UR does not display any values/codes.

The issue can be reproduced by following the below steps:

1. Log in into Development Client in DV920
2. Open OMW → Select a random OMW Project to add Project Owner
3. Search for User ID by using Object Search Criteria (Right hand side of the OMW)
4. Add that User ID to the project by using left arrow button
5. Click on Visual Assist of Role field on Add User to Project (P98220|W98220J)
6. The UDC H92|UR (on P0005S|W0005SB) will not list any records.

The list of values appear as blank like below:
