Symptoms

When trying to print the report output to specific printers using print immediate functionality, the report ends in 'D' - Done status but the report output is not printed on the selected printer. Below error message is captured in the corresponding UBE debug log:

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to web client
  2. Try submitting R0006P with required data selection
  3. On the printer selection screen, take the Form exit - 'Change Printers' to select the required printer
  4. Make sure to select the Print Immediate check-box under the 'Document Setup' tab in Printer Selection screen
  5. Click OK button to submit the report
