E1: 41: UM (Unit Of Measure) Fields Are Blanks On Item Search (P40ITM2/W42ITM2F) (Doc ID 2894774.1)

Symptoms

'UM''(unit of measure) field in Item Search (P40ITM2|W40ITM2F) is blank.
It happens when inquiring with Item number as search key.

 
Steps:
1.P13730/ZJDE0001 processing option Set 1 (Item Search by Supplier/Item) in 6. Inventory search Form exit (P40ITM2) of Process tab.
2.Go to Search for Equipment Work Orders (P13700). Inquire existing work orders and select one.
3.Work order Detail screen (P13714). Select ‘Parts’ tab (P13730). And select ‘Item Search’.
4.Item Search (P40ITM|W40ITM2F) Populate Branch/Plant and Item Number and click Find button. UM(UOM) fields in the grid are all blanks. This is the issue.
5.Populate Supplier and Branch/Plant. And set * in Item Number. Then find. At this time, EA are populated in UM(UOM) fields.
6.Populate supplier, Branch/Plant and Item number. Then find. UM(UOM) fields are all blanks again.

Changes

 This happens in application release 9.2. And 9.1 doesn't have it.
