Symptoms

When changing the P44H601 Bid Detail records Tax Y/N (alias TX) value and tabbing down to the next row, the Tax Information is defaulted back from the P04012 Supplier Tax Information.   Therefore, when the user changes the Tax Y/N (alias TX) field from 'Y' to 'N', and removes the values in the Tax Expl (alias EXR1) and Tax Rate/Area (alias TXA1) fields, and tabs down to the next line, the system re-populates the tax information from the P04012 Supplier Tax information again, and the changes can't be maintained.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Find a P44H601 Bid record
2. On form W44H601D Bid Details, change the Tax Y/N (TX) field from 'Y' to 'N'
3. Blank out the Tax Expl (EXR1) and Tax Rate/Area (TXA1) fields
4. Tab down to the next row
5. See the TX, EXR1, and TXA1 are repopulated with the Supplier Tax information.
