When calling the Batch Ship Confirm (R42500) from a custom program which is passing the shipment number(F4211.SHPN) through Report Interconnect, the external data selection defined to R42500 is not getting followed.

Step;

1. Setup data selection "Order Type is not equal to ST(F4211.DCTO <> 'ST')" to the Batch Ship Confirm (R42500).
2. The R42500 is called from the custom program which is passing the shipment number (F4211.SHPN) through the Report Interconnect
3. Noticed the R42500 fetches based on the shipment number passed, but ignores other data selection "Order Type is not equal to ST".
