Symptoms

When attempting to access the PO Approval Mobile Progressive Web Application (PWA) using the link http://<hostname>:<port>/doc_root/po_approval_mobile from a browser the following error occurs on the browser screen.

Steps
1. Open a browser
2. Access the link http://<hostname>:<port>/doc_root/po_approval_mobile.
3. Check the results
