In Server Manager Management Console (SMMC), when upgrading the Tools Release from 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124 on the Deployment Server, the Server Manager Console prompts for a valid database username and password. After entering a valid username and password, the error message "Either username or password is invalid." is displayed.
