Symptoms

Processing Option #1 (Batch level) of P3460Z1 (Forecast Transaction) is not working. Even if the processing option #1 is set to '1', grid records are not displayed at the batch level. '#1. Enter '1' to inquire at the batch level, leave Blank to inquire at the transaction level'

Steps:

  1. Processing Option #1 of P3460Z1 is set to '1'.  (Enter '1' to inquire at the batch level, leave Blank to inquire at the transaction level)
  2. Find existing batch records on P3460Z1.
  3. When processing option #1 is set to '1', grid records are not displayed at the batch level and when processing option #1 is set to blank, grid records are not displayed at the transaction level.
  4. It is showing all the records irrespective of the processing option setting.
