E1: 34: Unterminated Cache Issue from B4302180 in either MRP/MPS Requirements Planning - R3482 and / or Master Planning Schedule - Multiple Plant - R3483 (Doc ID 2898111.1)

Symptoms

Unterminated cache leak is happening as cRetainHeaderWorkFile is set to 1 in B3401360.

When Running R3482/R3483, Unterminated cache leak encountered with BSFN B4302180. The logs have the below lines logged:

CAC0001111 - (jdeCacheDestroyAllUserCaches) Unterminated cache with 3 record(s), created from File=b4504500.c, Function=CreateDataMapCDIST, Line=229.
CAC0001111 - (jdeCacheDestroyAllUserCaches) Unterminated cache with 2 record(s), created from File=b4302180.c, Function=CacheProcessPODetailCache, Line=1508.

This issue can also be duplicated by processing messages on purchase orders through R3411.

Steps:

  1. Enter Forecast for a item.
  2. Run R3482/R3483
  3. Review JDE.log for errors.
  4. Process Messages using R3411 and Note that no cache leaks pertaining to B4302180 exist.
  5. This issue can also be duplicated by processing messages on purchase orders through R3411.

Changes

 This issue started after applying the code for Enhancement Bug 10878229 - ORDER LEVEL ADJUSTMENT NOT AVA.
