Symptoms

Manually added value to the Thru grade (THGD) field in F4211 sales order detail table gets blanked out when a user makes changes (for example order quantity or requested dates) to an existing sales order.

Scenario 1:

1. P4210 – Add Thru grade field via form extension
2. P4210 - Create a sales order and define Thru grade = 4. Save.
3. F4211 – Review Sales order detail table and observe THGD is populated with a value of 4
4. P4210 – Remove Thru grade field from the grid via form extension
5. P4210 - Inquire on the order and change the order quantity to 2.Save.
6. F4211 - Review Sales order detail table and observe THGD is NOT populated with 4

Scenario 2:

1. P4210 – Add Thru grade field via form extension
2. P4210 - Create a sales order and define Thru grade = 4. Save.
3. F4211 – Review Sales order detail table and observe THGD is populated with a value of 4
4. R42950 – Run Order reprice program
5. F4211 - Review Sales order detail table and observe THGD is NOT populated with 4
