Symptoms
On a 9.2 HTML server which is installed on WebLogic 12.2.1.4 running on Windows Server 2019 , slowness is seen while switching from one open application to another.
Call stacks of stuck threads can be found in WebLogic managed server logs (.log and .out) . These log file can be gathered using SRDC - Data Collection for Troubleshooting EnterpriseOne Issues on WebLogic Application Server (Doc ID 2228881.1)
Steps
1. Login into the Web link
2. From fast path open an application e.g., P01012 - Work with Addresses
3. From fast path open another application e.g., P4210 - Customer Service Inquiry
4. From 'Open Applications' carousel on the left switch from second application to first
