Symptoms
When adding an exchange rate in the Currency Restatement Rate application (P1113), the record is only saved as “To Currency” to “From Currency”. No records are found when searching for the inverse (reverse) exchange rate.
Steps to Duplicate:
- Currency Restatement Rates (P1113): Add an exchange rate for “To Currency” = USD and “From Currency” = CAD and save the record.
- Inquire on “To Currency” = USD and “From Currency” = CAD. The record is displayed.
- Inquire on “To Currency” = CAD and “From Currency” = USD. Message “No Records Found” is shown.
