E1: OCI: E1Local Installation Not Completing on Deployment Server For One-Click Provisioning With the Following Error Message "Silent install failed; check parameters" (Doc ID 2900674.1)

During the One-Click Provisioning on premise, the installation of E1Local on the deployment server hangs. When checking OEE12Setup.exe process in windows task manager, the CPU usage is 0 and the memory is static, not changing.

You can check the log file called OEEInstall.log on the C: drive which contains the following error message:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Orchestrate the deployment server in the One-Click Provisioning Console.
  2. Click on Deploy section and start the deployment.
  3. When the installation process starts with E1Local task, the process hangs.
  4. Check the error message in the installation log in C:\OEEInstall.log
