E1: 08ES: P051125 Time Entry Self-Service error “Change Reason Code Required for Change” (Doc ID 2901009.1)

Symptoms

The manager goes into time entry self-service to approve time entry.
Selects the time and get an error message change reason required.
No change has been made to the time.   No change, No change reason required.
The processing option does state that when a manager makes a change to time entry, a change reason code is required.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. The employee submits time for approval. P051125 | P051127
2. The manager search for timecards waiting for approval finds the record, selects the line, and goes to Details. P051125 | P051129
3. Trying to select the three timecards, the system throws the error: “Change Reason Code Required for Change”.
4. There was no change to the timecards.
5. This is an invalid error.
