Symptoms

Currently, Electronic Listing for Italy (R74Y063) does not include the new requirements for Esterometro to validate the file as per technical specifications version 1.7.1

If the validation as per technical specifications version 1.7.1 fails, Electronic Listing for Italy (R74Y063) should show an error providing information on what validation has failed.
