Symptoms

Agreement Quantities/P38010

When attempting to delete agreement quantity that does not have transactions, the following error occurs:


ERROR:
CAUSE: The value in one or more of the balance fields is not zero. This record may not be deleted at this time.
RESOLUTION . . This requirement is to keep agreement balances from being corrupted. Balance the agreement and delete through normal balancing procedures.


STEPS:

  1. Create new agreement.
  2. Add agreement quantity amount.
  3. Attempt to delete the agreement amount.
