Symptoms

If the user takes the form exit from Location Inquiry (P12215) to Location Transfer (P12115) rather than the row exit, after entering the To Location, Effective Date and click find, the system will delete the Ending Dates on multiple historical locations.

Steps:
1. Inquire on an asset with multiple historical location records in Work with Locations (P12215).
2. Select form exit, Transfer. The system will call the Location Transfer program (P12115) and load all historical and the current location records.
3. Select the row that corresponds to the current location; enter a valid record in the To Location field and an Effective Date.
4. Click OK to finish the transfer.
5. When the system returns to Work with Locations (P12251), click find to refresh the grid. Notice that the system has cleared the Ending Date on multiple historical location records.
