The Item Balance - Ledger Integrity Report (R41544) shows Item Ledger column with Quantity 3,229 but the sum of the Item Ledger (F4111) records shows 4,509 PC which matches the quantity shown in the Item Balance Quantity Column of the Item Balance\Ledger Integrity (R41544) report.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run Item Balance - Ledger Integrity Report (R41544) with data selection on a specific Branch Plant
2. Review the Report PDF
   1. Report  shows one Item with a quantity of 3,229 BX in the Item Ledger Quantity Column of the Report
3. Review the Item Ledger (F4111)
   1. Sum of the Item Ledger (F4111) records shows 4,509 BX
   2. Item Ledger column of Item Balance - Ledger Integrity Report (R41544) for Item and Branch Plant should match the sum of the Item Ledger (F4111) records, converted to the Primary Unit of Measure.
