E1: 43: 49: Shipment Number Not Cleared from Purchase Order Detail When Canceling A Line On The Purchase Order (Doc ID 2906124.1)

Symptoms

When a transportation purchase order is updated where the Ship To is changed, the existing detail line is cancelled and a new detail line is added then it is not clearing the shipment number from the F4311 purchase order detail and incorrectly updates the F4942 shipment detail.


Steps to Duplicate:
1. P4310 enter Transportation purchase order with one line
2. P4310 Go into the PO in update mode, change the ship to number on PO header. Also add new line (LNID 2) and cancel first line (LNID1)
3. review various TMS tables
F4311 Canceled line has new shipment number
F4941 Removed qty, weight, vol for old shipment number and created new shipment number
F4942 Cancelled line is not deleted and has new shipment number
F4215 Cancels old shipment number and adds new shipment number
