E1: 43: Purchase Order Status not Updated while Approving from Mobile URL

Symptoms
When the customer is reviewing the approval processing flow when using PAW mobile application it was found that the purchase order status is not updated while approving from mobile URL.
The user has created a few purchase orders and tried approving it through the mobile PO approval URL. The next status in F4311 is showing blank for the approved order using mobile URL.
If the user approves it using P48031 the status is showing correctly.
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Creation of Approval Level Revisions
- Creation of P4310 Version and Processing option setup
- Creation of new version for P43081
- Creation of new version for M43083 and Processing option setups
- Adding the new version M43083- TESTM into P98950M
- Purchase orders created
- Approval of Purchase order
