Symptoms

After applying Bug 34404645 R07235 still masks the Emp Account Nbr and I.D. Number

Steps to duplicate:
1. In P0040 set the P07351 and R07235 to View Mode.
2. From P07210 run payroll and print payments for an auto-deposit employee.
3. Review P07351, notice the Bank Acct Number is visible.
4. Review R07235, notice the Emp Account Nbr and I.D. Number are masked.
