Information in this document applies to any platform.

With Minimum Postal Code size set to "3" in Transportation Constants (P49002), when carrier zone is set to Postal Code From "506" to Postal Code Thru "507" and a sales order for customer with Origin 11005 where zip code is 50701, causes the GRD TRANSPORTATION routing option which should look up for having carrier zone is not considering the value of 507. Because of that, the ground transportation is not displaying as available routing option. However, when changing the setup making carrier zone Postal Code From "506" to Postal Code Thru "508" which is the subsequent value for what lookup should be searching for then, the GRD Transportation route option is correct displayed in Routing Options (P4980) program.
