E1: ORCH: Attachment Does Not Work For GT4311. Other Media Object Type Works (Doc ID 2908373.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use the "Attachments" component in orchestration, it doesn't fetch the text attachment for GT4311. However, connector service for gettext works successfully for GT4311.  Also, other attachment types work fine using the "Attachments" component. 


Steps to Duplicate:
------------------------------

  1. Enter a text attachment in P4310::Order Detail. 
  2. Create an attachments for GT4311
  3. Create an orchestration for the attachment ("Get Text")
  4. Run
